The story
It started in her father’s shop, where she grew up running the management at his side. Retail, staff, trading — it entered her bones early.
She opened her first businesses with nothing behind her and rebuilt them more than once. The grit is not a story; it is a habit.
Founder and Director of Virtual Telecoms: cloud PABX, VoIP, connectivity. This is where business processes became her native language — and she sold property at the same time, deliberately running two incomes.
She helped rescue a failing takeaway and ran it — and from behind that counter, in 2018, she built Social Zip.
Marketing, e-commerce and systems for 30+ South African businesses: restaurants, dentists, retailers, contractors, e-commerce, construction. She knows your customer because she has marketed to them.
A qualified facilitator, she runs her own agency and online store on the exact AI systems she teaches. She hates doing anything twice — every repetitive task she meets becomes an automation. AI did not change how she works. It caught up to it.
What she believes
The owners who win with AI are not the tech people. They are the people who already know their trade and get shown how to apply it. The small South African business deserves the same AI advantage the corporates are buying. And delivery beats promises: we bill for what is delivered, not what is pitched.
